You have a number of options:

1. Full Chalet Service: Where a Staff Member will run the chalet for you for the whole week providing cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 to 4 course evening meal. Menu plans etc. will be provided for your consideration, alternatively, our staff can provide your own favourite menus. A float for the food budget will be provided by yourself, our staff will keep all receipts for you and account for all monies spent.
    

2. Half Chalet Service: Where a Staff Member will offer either a breakfast or an Evening Meal Service. All food budgets as above.
    

3. Dinner Party Service: Qualified Chefs and waitresses (as numbers required) will arrange, prepare and serve a full dinner party for any number of guests. Menu plans will be provided or you can choose your own menu. All food budgets as above. Menu plans are available upon request.
    

4. Winter & Summer Barbecues upon request.

 

 

All food will be purchased by the Staff Member and prepared in the guest's chalet, using only equipment and facilities from that chalet.

In addition to the above, wine, beer and other beverages can be ordered on your behalf and delivered to the chalet.
